How it works

1

Point your RUA to AcornDMARC

Update your DMARC DNS record to send aggregate reports to your AcornDMARC address. Takes 2 minutes.

2

Reports flow in automatically

Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, and other providers send daily reports. We extract the XML and parse every record.

3

See your data, fix issues

Your dashboard shows pass rates, sender details, and alignment problems. Weekly emails keep you informed.

Built for

SaaS teams sending transactional email

If you send through Postmark, SendGrid, or Amazon SES, you need to know your DMARC alignment is solid. Misconfigurations break deliverability.

IT admins managing company domains

See which services send as your domain. Catch shadow IT, detect spoofing attempts, and move toward a reject policy with confidence.

Freelancers and small teams

Enterprise DMARC tools charge hundreds per month. AcornDMARC is free, takes 2 minutes to set up, and does not require a security team to operate.

Frequently asked questions

What is DMARC and why should I monitor it?

DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) tells receiving mail servers how to handle email that fails SPF or DKIM checks. When you publish a DMARC record, mail providers like Google and Microsoft send you aggregate reports as XML files. These reports show every source sending email as your domain. Without monitoring, you will not know if a legitimate service is failing authentication or if someone is spoofing your domain.

How does AcornDMARC work?

You point your DMARC RUA address to AcornDMARC. When Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, or any other mail provider sends an aggregate report, our Cloudflare Email Worker receives it, extracts the XML (from zip or gzip attachments), parses every record, and writes it to your dashboard. You see pass rates, sender IPs, SPF/DKIM alignment, and disposition trends without ever opening an XML file.

Is AcornDMARC free?

Yes. AcornDMARC is free to use with no report limits. You get automatic report ingestion, the full dashboard, issue detection, and weekly email summaries at no cost.

How is AcornDMARC different from Postmark DMARC or Google Postmaster Tools?

Postmark DMARC sends you a weekly email digest but does not store individual reports or let you drill into sender-level data. Google Postmaster Tools only shows delivery data for mail sent to Gmail, not aggregate DMARC reports from all providers. AcornDMARC ingests every aggregate report from every provider, stores the per-record data, and gives you a dashboard with pass rates, alignment breakdowns, and issue detection across all your domains.

What DMARC report formats does AcornDMARC support?

AcornDMARC handles all standard DMARC aggregate report formats: raw XML, gzip-compressed XML, and zip archives containing XML. Reports arrive as email attachments, and the system extracts and parses them automatically regardless of format.
