By using AcornDMARC ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Grasshopper Signup LLC ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AcornDMARC receives DMARC aggregate reports on your behalf, parses the XML data, and presents it in a web dashboard. The Service also sends optional email summaries. We do not send email on your behalf or modify your DNS records.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may add domains you own or are authorized to manage. Do not add domains you do not control. We reserve the right to remove domains or accounts that appear to be used for monitoring domains without authorization.
Do not use the Service to:
We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of the DMARC report data processed through your account. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy below for details on what we collect and how we use it.
Grasshopper Signup LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Account information: Your email address, provided at signup. We use this to authenticate you and send email summaries.
DMARC report data: Aggregate reports sent to your AcornDMARC RUA address. These contain IP addresses, domain names, authentication results, and message counts from third-party mail providers. This is the core data the Service processes.
Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the Service (pages visited, features used). We use Sentry for error tracking, which collects technical data like browser type and error details.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and error tracking. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services. We do not share more data than required.
DMARC report data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days.
